2. Photography Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Wedding photography
  • Portrait sessions
  • Corporate events

  • Special events coverage

Service delivery times, specific deliverables, and quality standards will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
  • Full payment must be received according to the payment schedule in your contract
  • Rescheduling fees may apply for date changes with less than 30 days notice
  • Additional hours or services requested on the day will be billed at our current rates

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • SafPeak Media retains copyright of all images produced
  • Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use their images
  • Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately
  • Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered without written permission
  • Credit must be given when sharing images on social media

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before: 25% refund (excluding deposit)
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before: No refund
  • Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain professional liability insurance
  • We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control
  • Client is responsible for securing necessary permits for shooting locations
  • We are not responsible for photographs compromised by guest interference

7. Image Delivery

  • Online gallery delivery within 4-6 weeks of event
  • High-resolution digital files provided via secure download
  • Physical products (albums, prints) typically delivered within 8-12 weeks
  • Archive period: Images kept on file for 1 year from delivery date

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Initial good-faith discussion between parties
  • Professional mediation if necessary
  • Legal proceedings as a last resort
